The ICPA Membership

The ICPA membership is designed for organisations operating internal creative, communications, print, mailing, fulfilment and production services.

Our members include professionals responsible for everything from workflow automation and customer communications to large-scale print production, creative operations and operational delivery.

While industries may differ, the operational challenges facing internal teams are often remarkably similar.

Teams everywhere are being asked to:

Deliver more with fewer resources
Improve efficiency and turnaround times
Justify investment and ROI
Introduce automation and AI technologies
Balance digital and print communications
Reduce outsourcing costs
Improve sustainability
Maintain service quality under growing pressure

ICPA exists to help members navigate those challenges through collaboration, shared knowledge and professional support.

The network is built around openness, practical experience and genuine peer-to-peer support.

There are no membership fees and no barriers to participation.

Instead, the association focuses on creating a trusted community where members can ask questions, share experiences, discuss operational challenges and explore new ideas with professionals who truly understand the environment.
