I’d like to personally thank every delegate who attended and contributed to making our Glasgow conference such a memorable and valuable experience.

Taking time away from busy departments, teams, and day-to-day responsibilities is never easy. The demands on those working in print, creative, photography, and video services continue to grow, making the decision to invest time in professional development and networking all the more significant. Your commitment to attending, participating, and sharing your experiences is what makes our community so special.

What makes this conference unique is the willingness of members to openly exchange ideas, discuss challenges, celebrate successes, and support one another. The conversations that took place throughout the event demonstrated the depth of knowledge, expertise, and passion that exists across our sector.

Whether you were presenting, asking questions, sharing experiences, or simply connecting with colleagues old and new, you helped create an environment of collaboration and learning that benefits us all.

One of the greatest strengths of the ICPA is the willingness of its members to support one another. The knowledge shared during the conference does not stay within the conference venue; it returns to institutions across the country, helping departments improve services, embrace new opportunities, and navigate future challenges with confidence.

On behalf of the Board, thank you for your enthusiasm, engagement, and continued support of our association. On a personal note, I would also like to thank you for the encouragement, friendship, and sense of community that you bring to the ICPA. It is a privilege to be part of such a dedicated and supportive network of professionals.
